Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online raffles in your jurisdiction. By using Ticket Clash, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Each ticket purchased grants one entry into a single raffle. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once registration for that raffle closes.

All ticket prices are denominated in USDC. The prize pool is the sum of all ticket purchases in that raffle, minus any applicable platform fees.

Raffle outcomes are determined by a seeded pseudo-random number generator (Mulberry32) combined with a Fisher-Yates shuffle. The seed is derived from the execution timestamp and is immutably recorded. Results are fully reproducible and verifiable by anyone — see our Fairness page for details.

Ticket Clash does not manipulate outcomes, re-run draws, or select winners manually under any circumstances.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase tickets or interact with the platform
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

All content on Ticket Clash, including the name, logo, design, and codebase, is the property of Ticket Clash and may not be reproduced without permission.

Ticket Clash is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including lost prizes due to technical failures.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
